For the past three years, the Movers Summit has been our grandest annual event, a time when every part of the MMM family comes together to celebrate, connect, and be inspired. We have held it in some of the most beautiful venues in the country, including The Blue Leaf in Taguig City, Bai Hotel in Cebu, and Twin Lakes Hotel in Tagaytay. Each summit has been a remarkable moment of gratitude, growth, and togetherness.

However, 2025 will be different.

A New Kind of Celebration

This year, we are stepping away from the traditional gala-style gathering. Instead, we are bringing the Movers Summit to a place that reflects the joy and excitement we want to share with our team: Enchanted Kingdom in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

This change represents more than just a new venue. It represents a new approach to the event, one focused on creating meaningful and memorable experiences for our VAs and their families. For the first time in Movers Summit history, we are inviting the families of our Virtual Assistants to join us for a day of fun and celebration. We know how much our VAs’ loved ones support them in their roles, and we want to honor that by making them part of this special event.

As a result, with this new family-centered format, we are expecting over 1,000 attendees. This incredible number reflects not only the growth of My Mountain Mover but also the strong bonds that hold our community together.

Behind the Scenes: Making It Happen

Of course, an event of this size and scale does not come together overnight. Months of careful planning have gone into ensuring that Movers Summit 2025 will be the most successful one yet.

From the earliest stages, our teams have worked together to map out every detail. This includes venue preparation, transportation logistics, meal planning, activity scheduling, and creating an agenda that keeps everyone engaged from start to finish. Committees have been formed to handle games, prizes, and performances, making sure that every part of the day reflects the energy and culture of My Mountain Mover.

Furthermore, our U.S. leadership team will also be joining us in person once again. They will be making the long journey to the Philippines to connect face-to-face with the VAs who make our success possible. Their presence serves as a meaningful reminder that even though our work spans continents, we are one family.

While the setting has changed, some traditions will remain.

Looking Back: How Far We’ve Come

As we prepare for this year’s summit, it is worth reflecting on the incredible journey that brought us here.

• Taguig City (Blue Leaf): With a little over 150 attendees, our first summit set the tone for what was to come.
• Cebu (Bai Hotel): The 2023 summit took things to a new level, doubling the previous year’s attendance and giving out even more prizes.
• Tagaytay (Twin Lakes Hotel): Our last summit was our biggest yet, with over 500 attendees!

Now, in 2025, we are raising the bar again, with a summit designed to be more inclusive, more dynamic, and more memorable than ever before.
